Designed and sculpted by Matt Buckley the Highland Cow Bust is a highly collectible centre piece and talking point for any room.
Each piece is first sculpted from clay, which allows the initial creation of these magnificent sculptures. A mould is then developed from the original cast which ensures precise reproduction of the original sculpture with a special blend of marble stone castings. Each piece is then individually hand painted, so no two are ever exactly the same, with the end result being a stunning statement piece.

Background
Matt Buckley of Robert Harrop Designs produces a striking collection of emotionally evocative and fiercely modern resin figurines of animals and mythical creatures. He started off his sculpting career over 25 years ago after being presented with the opportunity to hone his craft by following in the footsteps of his step-father, Robert Harrop. He worked on the ‘Country Companions’ and then the later named ‘Doggie People’ range. Both of which have resided successfully to this day within the ‘giftware’ and ‘collectible’ industry for well over 30 years.
Matt remains the Creative Director of Robert Harrop Designs Ltd and indeed the skills and ability to manufacture quality figurines from within their family run company in Shropshire has enabled his collection of work to become a reality and Edge Sculpture to thrive.
