The Pagani Residences Penthouses are nothing less than a living sculpture — an extraordinary two-story sanctuary designed by Horacio Pagani himself. Priced at $30million and $28.5million respectively each penthouse also comes with a “Miami Edition” Pagani Utopia Roadster ..
Luxury Italian hypercar maker Pagani, has officially taken the wraps off it’s penthouses in its first residential project, the eponymously named Pagani Residences, in Miami’s North Bay Village.
Situated in Miami’s three-island city of North Bay Village, in the heart of Biscayne Bay, an enclave of tranquility with some of Miami’s most astounding views, Pagani Residences comprises just 70 homes in total, including two duplex penthouses and four exclusive Sky Residences.
The largest of the two, Penthouse 01 spans 12,200 square feet with five bedrooms and six bathrooms is priced at $30 million, while Penthouse 02 offers 10,700 square feet with four bedrooms and five bathrooms and is priced at $28.5 million. Each comes with 13-foot ceilings, ensuite elevators, and sweeping terraces offering sunrise-to-sunset panoramas from every room and terrace.

Personally curated by Horacio Pagani and the Pagani Arte team, the penthouse residences feature luxurious materials and finishes, elliptical staircases clad in travertine sweep gracefully toward luminous interiors defined by fluted marble islands, bespoke wine walls, and grand salons designed for both intimacy and spectacle, and if that wasn’t enough each Pagani penthouse is crowned with the ultimate expression of performance and artistry: a “Miami Edition” Pagani Utopia Roadster, finished in a bespoke blue drawn from the great expanse of Miami’s Biscayne Bay.

This hand-built symphony of speed and design, powered by a roaring 864-horsepower V12 is capable of soaring to 217 mph. A customized roadster that embodies freedom, precision, and beauty, it transforms every drive into pure exhilaration.
